The best way to start a weekend, and a wonderful refreshing seasonal twist.

The combination of lime, tequila and pomegranate juice make you feel like you are on a gulf beach! so sit back, take a sip, and enjoy the ocean breeze and sound of waves.

Ingredients

Lime Sugar:

3 tablespoons sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons lime zest (1 large lime)

Margarita:

1 ounce fresh lime juice

2 ounces premium Agavales Plata Tequila

2 ounces pomegranate juice

3/4 ounce triple sec

3/4 ounce simple syrup (plus more to taste) ice

Lime wheel for garnish

Lime wedge to rim glass

Method

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. And lime juice, Agavales Plata Tequila, pomegranate juie, triple sec and simple syrup. Cover and shake well for 30 seconds.
Moisten rim of glass with a piece of lime and dip the rim of the glass in the lime sugar - coat evenly.
Pour margarita in glass, garnish with lime and pomegranate seeds.
