2oz Vanilla infused Agavales 
1oz Lime juicex 
1 Egg white 
11/2oz Pineapple reduction (Pineapple juice heated and reduced by ⅓) 
Garnish Basil leaf

  1. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake until cold.
  3. Double strain into chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with basil leaf.
